Backing up your data

Use Export Data regularly if you have important entries. Your data is stored locally in your browser unless you export it or connect an external data source.

Common fixes

If something looks wrong, refresh the page first. If old settings keep returning, clear site data for LifeEcho in your browser. If external data shows unexpected text, check that the source URL points to a valid JSON or TXT file.

Feature questions

LifeEcho includes settings for display, animation, background, particles, tags, filters, and themes. Open the menu and choose Settings to explore available controls.

Performance Issues

LifeEcho has some resource intensive particle effects that can task your systems performance. We highly recommend using the Chrome browser. You can find more information optimization settings by going to the menu in LifeEcho and looking at documentation. Under Chrome Display Tuning, click here for direct link.
